- To be eligible for a refund, the product/service must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- For video courses, you’re eligible for a refund only when you have not downloaded any of the videos or watch more than the first 3 video lessons.
- Customized or personalized products/services may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.

- Completed video training fees are non-refundable
- Gift cards and downloadable software are also non-refundable.
